A. Brent Dean

Brent Dean is president and co-founder of RND Holdings Limited. He is responsible for the overall review of the company's operations, maintenance of accounting records, and strategic planning.
Mr. Dean is a member of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA), the Georgia Society of CPA's, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He received his Bachelor of Commerce with honours from The University for Windsor in Ontario, Canada, and completed the Certified Public Accountancy Examinations from the AICPA in
New York, New York.
Upon graduating from The University of Windsor, Mr. Dean returned to The Bahamas to work for Price Waterhouse until 1993 as senior accountant where he performed comprehensive audits as well as provide consultation services. Until the establishment of RND Cinemas, he worked with clients whose company portfolios were at times in excess of $100 million.
