K. DONATHAN

	Kenneth M. Donathan President & CEO
	Ken Donathan is the President and CEO of RND Holdings. He is responsible for the Group's overall administration and strategic direction. Mr. Donathan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business which was obtained in 1979 from the State University of New York. In 1992 Mr. Donathan successfully obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration through the University of Miami - Bahamian Study Program. Mr. Donathan has over twenty years of banking experience having worked at such note worthy institutions as Roywest, Citibank and Barclays Bank. During the course of his banking career Mr. Donathan functioned in mid to senior managerial positions involving retail banking, offshore banking and electronic banking.
