K. DONATHAN

	Kenneth M. Donathan Chief Operations Officer and Vice President
	Ken Donathan was appointed Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of the RND Group in October 2000. Mr. Donathan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business which was obtained in 1979 from the State University of New York. In 1992 Mr. Donathan successfully obtained his Masters Degree in Business Administration through the University of Miami - Bahamian Study Program. Mr. Donathan has over twenty years of banking experience having worked at such note worthy institutions as Roywest, Citibank and Barclays Bank. During the course of his banking career Mr. Donathan functioned in mid to senior managerial positions involving retail banking, offshore banking and electronic banking. Mr. Donathan's primary role with the Group is to evaluate and implement effective operating policies and procedures. He also plays a key role in the budgeting and overall strategic planning process of the company.
