J. FITZGERALD

	Jerome K. Fitzgerald Chairman - RND Holdings Limited
	Jerome Fitzgerald is Chairman as well as co-founder of RND Holdings Limited. He assists the President and CEO in the Group¹s overall administration and strategic direction. Mr. Fitzgerald is a licensed attorney, having received his Bachelor of Law with honours form the University of Essex in England, and his Master of Law from King's College at the University of London, England. He was admitted to the English Bar and The Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in July 1990, and to the Bahamian Bar in August 1990. The following year Mr. Fitzgerald returned to his studies and consequently received an MSc. in Shipping, Trade and Finance from the City University Business School in London, England in September 1991. Upon returning to The Bahamas, Mr. Fitzgerald practiced criminal law at Elliott B. Lockhart until 1992, when he joined the firm of Higgs & Johnson and practiced commercial law until 1994.
