	Mr. Ritchie has over 12 years experience in public accounting and banking. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting with distinction from St. John's University in Minnesota. Mr. Ritchie is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to joining ColinaImperial he worked at Deloitte & Touche, and Citibank Consumer and Corporate Businesses. At Citibank, Mr. Ritchie held various senior management positions throughout the organization as Financial Controller, Treasurer, Chief Operations Officer and Business Manager.
