History of RND Holdings The History of RND Holdings

During March of 1994, Jerome K. Fitzgerald and A. Brent Dean opened the first RND Cinemas multiplex in Nassau, Bahamas. Four years later, with a considerable amount of hard work and perseverance, the duo grew the company into a sizable, publicly traded company.

Since it's initial public offering, RND Holdings Ltd. has further increased it's income by expanding into commercial rental property, health clubs and health supplements with the building of two shopping centres, in Nassau and Freeport, and the purchase of Caribbean Health and Fitness Ltd., the owner of the Gold's Gym Franchise in the Caribbean, and Nature's Way Nutrition Ltd.

While the cinema chain, with four multiplex locations, is still currently the driving force behind RND Holdings, the company's income has become more diversified and management is strategically structuring operations to accommodate present and future growth.
